The Toorak Club Cancellation Terms and Conditions

Written 14-day membership cancellation period, starting at the request of cancellation. Members have access to the facility during the 14-day cancellation period.

Cooling off Period

You may end your membership agreement with The Toorak Club within seven (7) days of signing your membership agreement. You must let The Toorak Club know, in writing, within the seven (7) day period of signing your membership agreement.

Suspension Terms and Conditions

Members have access to 16 weeks of suspension per account per year. Starting at the commencement of their membership. Medical suspensions are not included in the 16 weeks of suspension and require a medical certificate. Members will need to submit a suspension application 2 days prior to commencing suspension.

Rules and Regulations

• All equipment must be used in a responsible and careful manner to ensure the equipment lasts and to prevent injury; all equipment must be placed in its correct storage area on completion of activity

• For hygiene purposes, every member must bring a towel for personal use while exercising in the Toorak Club

• No hot food may be brought into the Toorak Club

• All members are required to “sign in” to the gym, either at reception or through their personal access code

• Personal items (e.g. bags, keys, papers) are to be stored in the pigeon holes and lockers provided

• Members are to report to a fitness instructor if they feel unwell at any stage during or after completion of exercises performed in the Toorak Club

• Members must comply with all instructions from the trainer and/or management

• Membership may be withdrawn if members fail to comply with the above terms and conditions

• Appropriate attire must be worn at all times (including sports footwear)
