  • As a trainer, I am informative and entertaining, and my training programs get results. Programmed sessions are 100% focussed on your individual goals and needs. I always take the time to celebrate success or implementing better ways to improve!

    As a gym manager, I am working hard to have the best fitness and wellness space in the local area, available to anyone wanting to better themselves. I always want to get both positive or constructive feedback from members to better this space, because The Toorak Club is your space too.

TOM OSULLIVAN

  • Physical exercise is a lifestyle not a chore. I am a firm believer that exercise should be approached in a practical yet fun way, in order to feel as strong and as healthy as possible as longevity is key. If its boring you're doing it wrong!

    Community involvement: I currently take group classes for all members to enjoy. Bring your friends and family along! Why should you train with me? With my knowledge and approach to training I am confident to get you to your goals significantly faster than doing it alone. When we work together, we achieve things twice as fast!

  •  I’m passionate about helping clients gain confidence in weight training, conquer gym anxiety, and crush their fitness goals! Whether it’s building muscle, shedding fat, or perfecting glute-focused training, I bring years of experience and a love for fitness to every session. 

    My mission is to create a supportive, empowering space where you feel inspired to challenge yourself, master proper form, and make real, lasting progress. I especially love working with women to foster a sense of strength and confidence, hosting group classes, workshops, and community events to promote health and fitness.
