The Toorak Health Club Exercise Physiologists will assess and rate your health. We will then prescribe exercise that is specifically tailored to your immediate wellbeing. Your functional movement assessment, will include a cardiovascular fitness test, cholesterol, lactate, and glucose blood testing.
Following your assessment, our AEP’s will re-program your training mentality with the most up to date training methodology and knowledge.
Your first two 1-on-1 EP sessions (which are fully rebateable) your AEP will teach you how to exercise to maximize any efforts that you are currently making.
